Participants can register for the Inner Ear Biology Workshop 2026 and the accompanying Symposium via the online registration system.

Please ensure that you have carefully read the terms and conditions set out below before proceeding. By continuing with the registration process, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Early bird registration is available until 12 June 2026.

The networking dinner is available exclusively for workshop participants.

What is included

Symposium registration includes:

  • Access to the symposium sessions on 19 September
  • Coffee and tea breaks
  • Lunch is not included

Workshop registration includes:

  • Welcome Reception on 19 September
  • Access to the scientific programme on 20–22 September
  • Coffee / tea breaks and lunch on the workshop days

Terms and conditions

On behalf of IEB2026, participant registration is managed by an external conference office, Odette Organises. 
Your data will only be used for IEB2026.

Notes:

  • All registration fees include 21% VAT.
  • Registration fees do not include hotel accommodation, travel, and insurance.
  • Payment is required during online registration.
  • Payments can be made by credit card. Participants from the Netherlands and Belgium can also pay via iDEAL.
  • All prices are in euros (€).

Cancellation policy
By registering, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation terms:

  • Until 12 June 2026: full refund minus a € 50.00 administrative fee
  • 13 June – 19 August 2026: 50% refund of the total registration fee
  • From 19 August 2026 onwards: no refunds will be issued

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Office Odette Organises info@conferenceoffice.nl.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the IEB 2026 concludes.
